A Dream Home
Erin and Peter were amazing hosts and people! We count ourselves lucky to have met them and feel very honored to have stayed in their magnificent villa. We look forward to seeing them again in the future. Their villa is in a secluded hilltop jungle overlooking Playa Garza, you have complete privacy with no visible neighbors around the villa. As soon as you walk into the main door, you will be welcomed with a picture perfect view. There's also a private gate and front yard to park your car. Everything in the house is well kept and has everything you'll need. I love all the thoughtful touches they provided throughout the place, seriously there's everything you'll need from cooking, doing laundry, making smoothies or even beaching! You can dunk yourself into their cooling whirlpool while soaking in all the surrounding nature. We've seen so many butterflies, birds, and etc. on their panoramic terrace. We didn't have to go anywhere to see nature because they were around us already. Waking up and sleeping to the sound of nature were special treats for us city people. It was such an amazing experience for us, we appreciated every moments of it. Erin knows everything about anything, she gives the best tips and advice with her special intuitive skills. Don't think twice before staying there, you'd be a fool not to book this as this is the true Costa Rican experience. We cannot thank Erin and Peter enough for opening up their lovely home to us. We stayed a month at Erin and Peter's villa, and it was one of our favorite AirBnB's - out of of nearly 40 - that we have stayed in over the past two years. Erin and Peter are wonderfully warm, welcoming, and helpful people. They provided us with everything we needed to have a great stay. The location was perfect for us, as it was just a few minutes' drive from restaurants, shops, and the beach, but high in the hills where we had gorgeous views and tranquility. The villa itself was sparkling clean and very well maintained. It is not new, but they have done such a great job taking care of it that it looks like it is. The plunge pool was a fantastic way to cool off at the end of a hot day, and the ocean breezes kept the whole villa cool. We cannot recommend this villa enough, but we hope that it's not so heavily booked that it's available when we return to Costa Rica. We're already making plans to return!Great place... loved it!
Erin and Peter have a little piece of paradise in Garza and they are good hosts. We sat in our private pool one late afternoon and watched howler monkeys in the trees behind the house as we sipped on wine. The next morning we woke up to parakeets and other beautiful birds. This is a great place and we will be back....BEST vacation ever.
Casa Pepita was absolutely beautiful! My boyfriend and I stayed for 4 days and we had a blast. The house is up a on a hill with breathtaking views, just like the pictures. Erin and Peter were waiting for us when we arrived around 7pm. They greeted us with a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a pineapple from their garden. The house is very clean, well constructed, beautifully decorated and we couldn’t be happier.Incredible Stay
What an incredible experience! We spent two weeks at Casa Pepito and can truthfully say each day was more amazing than the last. What a wonderful way to begin my day at 5 AM when the male howlers would wake up the jungle and the most beautiful birds would join in with their songs! So awesome! The villa was beautifully appointed and had all conveniences of home. The view from the terrace was breathtaking. We (my sister & I) felt completely safe there as the property was secure.We made the right choice!
Peter and Erin were wonderful hosts. They gave us an orientation of the house and the entire area and answered any questions for our trip. My wife and I both got massages from Erin and she is fantastic! They welcomed us to their home for an evening to visit and have fun. The house itself has everything you need from a full kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of room, 2 bathrooms, and a wonderful view with a pool and hammock. You are in a very safe (gated and locked) and secluded area that is private and has the feel of the jungle. We had howler monkeys come right up in the back and saw a large group of them pass by. More wildlife (monkeys, birds, insects, etc) here than anywhere else we visited. Great setting and hosts!One of my best memories ... love this place
Erin and Peter's guest house above Playa Garza in Nosara, Costa Rica is truly beautiful with a breathtaking view of the Pacific from the main living area and the master bedroom. The house is equipped with lovely finishes and everything that you could need for a great stay, kitchen, bathrooms, living, sleeping areas are top notch.
